Head Design
What Is the role?
We are seeking a Head of Design who will lead our creative team in delivering exceptional design solutions for our IT services. You will be responsible for shaping the visual direction of our offerings in M365 solutions and networking. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing client interactions through innovative design.
About you
We are particularly interested in finding design leaders with experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, especially in tech or IT sectors. You might not have experience with every tool in our stack, but you are passionate about learning and evolving. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with engineers and product managers, creating user-centric solutions. You care about design quality, usability, and user engagement. Above all, you seek to drive operational excellence and apply the best design practices possible.
Your Role
Users of Safa Cloud
- must keep account details secure and confidential;
- are responsible for all client interactions and project deliverables while using our services;
- must take measures to prevent unauthorized access to accounts and notify us immediately of any breaches; and
- may utilize our services in accordance with Safa Cloud’s guidelines and all applicable regulations.

- Communicate with clients about design-related inquiries and feedback.

Requirements
We are looking for a Head of Design who will drive our design initiatives. You should be proficient in design tools and methodologies relevant to M365 technologies and IT services.
