Lead Product Designer
What Is the role?
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who will oversee the design process for our IT solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance our offerings in the M365 Suite and networking solutions. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the user experience and driving the product vision at Safa Cloud.
About you
We are particularly interested in designers with experience in creating web and mobile applications. You may not have experience with every tool in our design stack, but you are eager to learn and adapt. You will collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design integrity throughout the development process. You care about user experience, design quality, and usability. Above all, you strive for excellence and are attentive to the needs of our users.
Your Role
As a Lead Product Designer, you will:
- Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for our products
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs
Responsibilities
- Enhance and improve user experience through innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity in final products.
- Uphold our design standards and best practices throughout the process.
Requirements
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and an understanding of M365 technologies are essential.
